Hello again everyong, i am now just about to leave the Canadian Prairies.
I have had a great time and learnt alot about these enviroments. 
The prairies i have been to have lots of short grass but very little trees, but most of it has been farmed but i managed to get to a natural non-human part of it. The praries is one of the best places in the world to extract oil from the earth.

About 4/5's of canadas natural gas comes from deposits in or near the prairies.The Praires are getting destroyed slowy as hundreds of tourists come to see them and they are near the rocky mountains. Most of the water that they get is from the big dump of snow that they get in winter, when it melts they get lots of water.
